I've lived here 5 months and at first, we had a lot of problems with management. They would come into our apartment whenever we would leave and leave no notes or anything. When we confronted them on it, they told us that if we didn't want them doing that we woudl have to sign a paper. The apartment is rather small, I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bath. The rent is rather high especially considering there's only one pool for roughly 180 units and no workout room. The positives: in the 2 bdrms there is a washer and dryer in each unit, they keep up the landscaping nicely. The negatives: high rent (and it went up to $1740 for a 2 bdrm!), poor management (never returns any of my calls, even when I said it was urgent and they have promised to call back numerous times), seedy area on the border of santa ana, LOUD neighbors, ZERO utilities included so you pay the high rent AND all of your own utilities, ever since I moved here, I have had a high increase in scratches on my car. When my lease is up, I'm out of here!
