This place is disgusting. I cannot wait for my lease to be up. There are spiders and ants everywhere, rats outside, the cupboards stink like rotten dish towel, the carpets are filthy, mold grows rampid (yes inside the house). The apartment looked nice for the first week and then the carpet turned black. They have done painting on the outside of the buildings and are replacing the garage doors which make the place look nice, but that's all materialistic. BLAH.. Parking isn't that great either

I lived in Corte Bella for 9 months. The walls are paper thin. You can hear every sound your neighbor makes. You can hear rats climbing inside the walls. BAD mole and mildew problems. It was the worst 9 months of my life! :( I ended up in the hospital. The mold & meldew affected my health. Dont move there or you will be sorry.
