I wish I knew everything about this place before we moved in. Asbestos, pervasive mold, no insulation, horrendous ceiling creak from neighbor's normal activities, intolerable freeway noise, thin windows, smelly water, 3 new hot water heaters in 2 years, no hot water for a week, 3 washers/ dryers for 30 apartments, gardeners 3xs wk (noise), vindictive towing, overbearring manager, garage inspections, ripped out, new paint that looks flood damage.
