I have lived at Corte Bella for almost 2 years. Before this I lived in an over priced irvine apartment where I had twice the ameneties but half the service. The people that don't like Corte Bella are the same people that can't seem to follow the rules. These are the people that have 4 cars, when they allow two and then complain that there is no parking. The maintenance people have always responded quickly, and are very friendly...now that is assuming you treat them with respect! (that they deserve) Corte Bella is a great place to live if you are a respectful person that can follow common sense rules.
