The complex is way overpriced. It has been painted over and 'remodeled' (using the term loosely). The garage is so small all passengers have to exit before entering into it. It is freezing (40 degrees) in the winter and sweltering in the summer. My son and I have been suffering from mystery illnesses since moving in and management is not overly helpful in investigating the problem. When asked about others reporting the same problem they told me it was a privacy issue and I wasn't privvy to that information' It's been a major headache, earache, sore throat and a slew of other maladies since move-in. I won't be staying for another year.

Before we moved out we had a man knock on our door and ask us if we could be interviewed. He said he was a current tenant who had just had surgery to remove black mold from his nasal cavaties. He, as well as another family who lived there, had been moved out of their apartments while repairs were made and walls replaced as a result of the mold. Interestingly, they won't renew either or their leases. I had MAJOR complications with my asthma the entire time I lived there. Now that I have moved out, my asthma has seemingly cured itself... Hmmmm.... coincidence?

I moved into these apartments in 2001 until 2004. In 2001 the whole year my 1 year old suffered from health problems which later were because of the mold. If I had a heavy object on the carpet , the water or wetness of whatever it was would seep through the carpet and onto the item. Management came with a device to detect mold. The best they did was to clean the rug. You could clearly smell the mold and they said my son had a personal sickness not due to the mold. It seems almost all the responses I have read were about mold. Maybe someone should report this to a higher authority?
