I enjoy my apt very much. I've never had a problem with parking. I have 2 vehicles so I rented an extra garage. I had a small problem with ants when I moved in but they have weekly pest control service that solved my problem in one week. The maintenace staff is very sweet and do a good job. The apartments are older but very well maintained including replacing roofs! All my appliances are Whirlpool and my faucets are Moen. It's very peaceful and quiet. I don't understand some of these reviews.

I agree- with "namelesrenter" : Corte Bella Management - should not be able to slip a "good" review in. This review should be removed. It's against this websites guidelines.
