It was the worst 9 months of my life! They have very BAD MOLD & Mildew problems. I was perfectly healthy before I moved in. After about 2 weeks of living there the mold & meldew affected my health. Back in forth to the doctors and I ended up in the hospital. I lost a lot of time at work and almost lost my job. When I moved out, I slowly got back to normal and am now in good health again. The walls are paper thin and you can hear every gross thing your upstairs or downstairs neighbor is doing. The rats crawl inside the walls. They woke me up many a nights. My life was HELL!! :(

I had the same mold problem in 2001. My son was 1 at the time and was so so sick all the time. The mold was in his room, which I found out later. The only help I receives was to clean the carpet. I even offered to pay to replace the carpet and they said no. It was horrible.

The walls were paper thin. You could hear my neighbors going at it for hours. If you want to listen to neighbors having sex then it is for you.
