The noise is a nightmare

My lease is up and we are moving!!!
noise is ridiculous and it comes in all shapes :karaoke ,sex noises ,drunkness...
we called the office multiple times and nothing happened ,so we decided to call the Police department and they weren't much help neither and i feel bad calling the PD on the neighbor but waking up at 2am and 3am when you have to go to work is not a joke.
Management have a very bad attitude and definately is not the same when you try to lease first time.
Something else probably no one mentioned but we pay 100 some dollars for water and garbage wich suppose to be free with the rent and i find that overpriced!!!
