I have lived here for a very long time and soon to be looking for another place to live. Nothing gets fixed here once broken and No matter how many times you call the managers, they dont return your calls/messages. The other residents that live here are very nice and everyone says hi to one another. The only problem with these apartments is that theyre not run by good managers. At times the managers are nice people but when it comes down to it, they are mean and dont put the effort to fix what needs to be fixed. Lastly, they talk badly about tenants to OTHER tenants. They have no right to spread rumors or talk badly about others!!!

Ive been watching all your reviews and complaints. You talk about the manager all the time but yet the manager shouldnt be talking about the tenants but you talk, talk, talk all the time about the manager. By the way, there is only one manager, you are very annoying, wish you would move, I know who you are. Fountain Village would be better off not having a person here that is soooo unhappy.

..isnt that the point of this website? To give reviews about the apt/manager? They have a right to talk here. And I would guess that the comment above is from the crazy manager that everyone else has been talking about on this site.
