Grande Apartments

Great place for the price From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/10/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   This complex is right next to the freeway so one side is very loud and the other side is very quiet. I got the quiet side. Well maintained. Nice layout. Good schools and parks very closeby. The only real negative is the assigned parking spaces. There seems to be no thought process when deciding what space you get. You can live on one side of the complex and your parking space could be on the other side. There is enough open "guest" parking though so I haven't found this to be a huge issue. One of my favorite apartments in the Fountain Valley area and the price is great.
