Flies/ bad maintenance

Good price and roomy although the bedroom was very small. The maintenience was bad for the first year of living there. The roof leaked right above my bed and it took numerous calls to management before the problem was corrected, a YEAR TO BE EXACT! The new managers were on top of things for the most part. Make sure on move-in to document every detail that is wrong, they'll get you on it. Had termites dropping out of kitchen light fixtures. Also, there are these tiny flies that swarm around the whole complex, year around, especially around the doors, patios and carports, and constantly get inside the apartments even when your careful,VERY GROSS!
