- No parking: good luck finding parking space when you come home after work (even with the parking permit)
- People block your drive way. Since people cannot find parking they just park anywhere even there is a no parking sign next to it.
- No guess parking
- The new manager is rude and obnoxious.
- It take forever when you need someone to come and fix your bathtub.
- It's dirty, roaches come out at night.
- It's noisy
- Rent is high relative to other apartment near by.
- It is not like it was 2 years ago. The condition is getting worst everyday.

I have lived at La Paz Apartments for 7 years. I love the experience. I feel very safe and well taken care of. The grounds are kept clean, the maintenance man Gabe is always there to help........Sherry the apartment manager walks the grounds and makes sure things are good...... As far as the parking issues........that is a problem in any complex...........as far as rent............they are very reasonable..... I plan on staying longer and am very happy here.........and I have lived io Orange County for over 40 years.......Thank you La Paz for a safe and happy living experience

We have been at La Paz Apartments for almost 11 years now.The apartment complex has always been clean,the grounds are beautifully maintained and the trash is picked up daily by Gabe our maintenance guy, who is also quick to respond to our requests for repairs. About two years ago we were fortunate to get Sherri as our apartment manager. We appreciate the professional way she handles our concerns and complains... Sherri is always polite and considerate and listens to what we have to say and always takes care of the business on hand. So far she has been the best manager here and we are grateful for everything she is doing.

Can you recommend a place that has garages or better parking in the area? Have you been looking around? Which community is the best?

Not a good place. Was told "you won't need A/C, the ocean breeze keeps it cool". Several days we must leave the apartment because of heat. Neighbors are extremely loud and inconsiderate. Management is very condescending. Always "so glad you let us know" about an issue but then has no follow up. Pool is supposed to close at 10. The young adults that live here think it is their own private after hours party spot. Maintenance will walk by and see them swiming and yelling and not say a word to them. Kids constantly screaming all day with little to no parental supervision. Parking is a nightmare. Each resident is assigned one or two parking spaces based upon the number of bedrooms in their apartment. There is about 30 spots beyond that. Many of the residents don't use their assigned spot, and instead take up the extra parking. If you have two cars and rent a one bedroom, be prepared for some frustration. Sheri the manager is pretty fake. I think she tries, but nobody here listens. Her assistant is very hard for me to deal with. She's not mean or anything, but she is so incredibly fake it's difficult to stomach speaking with her. If you have children and don't care if you make your neighbors lives a living he**, then this is the complex for you. If children screaming at the top of their lungs while their parents look on and smile bothers you, look elsewhere. I saw a review that said there are cockroaches. I don't think that there is. I actually think the place is very pretty, and the apartment layout is nice. It just caters to young familys, and due to the low rent, they don't get the most respectful people.
