Where do I start' Every category to describe this dump is an F-. My biggest problem is the damn parking and the abusive patrol style towing by Southside Towing (Criminal Towing Service). The parking situation sucks, there are way too many cars for such a small amount of spaces, even the street parking is always full...may as well take a damn shuttle bus from where you have to park. The management is jus as bad if not worse, you can always count on a new boob working at the office every single month, what does that say about this place. Besides having to get use to a new idiot at the office every month they are extremely rude and can never answer any questions for you. The management seems to be only good at one thing and that's type up stupid letters telling you what you can and can't have on your patio, they are too lazy and too cheap to mail it to you and to actually address you by you name, LAME!!! Pet rent...now this is the stoppidest scam ever, just another way to nickel and dime everyone. Charging $50.00 a month just to park in general parking lot that you won't be able to park in anyways because it's always full, another waste of money and a scam! This place may as well be a frat house, always noizy and plenty of gang banging thugs to make you feel safe and secure! Never Ever Rent From These Money Hungry Fools!!!!
