I have been at Sycamore for 7 years and have watched as it has gone to crap. There have been at least 6 managers since 2000 and numerous leasing staff members.
1. The Stucco is starting to falling off the building, there are gaps in the side walk where wood used to be, Electrical box covers that are child excess able, and there is trash everywhere.
2. This has turned into a high priced Ghetto. There is Graffiti in the back carports and on the front sidewalk. They got finally got rid of the Skin heads that were committing hate crimes and breaking into cars. But, now we have gang members (that are breaking into cars) and drug dealers. And in the buildings by 7-11 with the play ground, the police are there frequently along with the OC Parole Officers.
3. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing through the walls. You can even hear the people above you pee. Isn't that special. There are screaming children in the courtyards and mothers screaming at there children.
4. The sewer backs up frequently and on a lovely hot day in the summer you can really smell the sewers.
5. Parking sucks!!!!
6. Thanks to Silky's there are rats & roaches.
7. Did I mention PARKING SUCKS!

You're being too nice. This complex is much worse in my opinion. A bunch of pathetic brainless morons for an office staff. Oh, did I also mention the parking is crap??

You are being too nice. You forgot to mention that the staff here is worthless, unless of course you are one of their "gossip" or "watchdog" tenents. Manager has a tenent that tells her gossip and she believes everything this woman says as if it is FACT. The maintenance staff that live in the complex spend most of the day hanging around their own apartments. And if you do have needed repairs they make you feel like you are a nuicance to them.
