Valley Park Apartments

Better than average From: t2gungho@hotmail.com Date posted: 10/9/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   The staff went out of their way to help us move here from out of state. They stay on top of the maintenance and seem to handle any problems in an expediant manner. Parking for two cars could be better but it is adequate. Rent is a little higher than normal but it is a gated community and close to everything. Yes it is a family community with lots of children but most parents keep tabs on their kids. I did have an incident where my secondary car tires were slashed but I parked it in an unsecured area outside the gated enclosure. One of the big benefits is that they take pets (dogs and cats) which seems to be rare for the Orange County area.
