Crystal Springs Apartments 63% Recommended May 06 2008: Management is very professional & friendly. Apartment is definitely one of the nicest apartment complex among those in OC. Parking is plenty, landscape is nice. The truth is management has little to no loyalty for the tenants. They will lure you in with false clams and Valley Park Apartments 50% Recommended Apr 04 2008: I moved expecting to stay a year and have been here 5. The staff is great, minus the manager Cindy. The kids are loud and uncouth. Rent jumps hundreds after each lese ends. A lower clss of people reside here, Cortebella Apartments 30% Recommended Mar 14 2008: Neighbors were loud, everything echos in the complex if you're on your balcony. They wouldn't send a bug guy for fleas that my cats magically got upon moving in... and they also wouldn't fix a window that wouldn't open.. I |
