Great Place to live - I arranged to rent this complex from Michigan and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Pasatiempo staff is awesome. Brandy and Lin are very helpful and so cheerful. Always willing to help. The complex is gated and smack in the center of most daily necessities. Tenant at Victoria Gardens since 2003 - Mabel and Shell are no longer managers, for about 4 or 5 years now. The new managers to take over are Elsa and Dean Giest. Elsa takes care of the office and her husband, Dean does all the maintenance management. You couldn't have two finer people for managers.
