When we moved in the apartment was great. After about 6 months everything falls apart. The place is very cheaply built. When they put new carpet (very cheap carpet) in for us the nails were sticking through the ground. Very dangerous, we have a baby!! There is also a dip underneath the carpet in the hallway. When you step on it you fall down about 5-6 inches. Wierd. Had stuff stolen from our garage, they didn't do anything about it, told us to go to the police instead. Management isn't bad except that they try to rip you off. The rent went down $400, but they never told us. We continued to pay the extra $400/mo. for about 5 months. When we found out about it they acted shocked, as if they had told us it went down or something. I think I would remember if they told me my rent went down $400! Ants are a problem, and there are these nasty little worms that keep ending up in my kitchen, they come in through the crack in the front door. Windows are cheap, every morning our window sill is wet from the morning dew, it has caused a severe mold problem that we can't seem to get rid of. There is dog poo everywhere. The "landscaping" is mediocre. I think they try, but they don't do a good job. And last but not least, there are 2 hot tubs, one is heated to a luke warm bath temperature but the jets don't work. The other is freezing cold but the jets work in that one. For your money move to the Presidio or the Estates.
