Amenities are nice, health fitness room, pool, and workers respond quickly to maintainence issues. Apartments are nice on the inside as well, place is still fairly new, 3-4 years I think. Overall, the place is very safe to live in and your not always fearing someone will break in like other apartments in fremont. Only drawbacks are that the driving in the complex is dangerous. People speed and there are many blind spots. No one , but myself, seems to drive carefully.
