Not Recommended' From: Alboradasuxx Date posted: 9/22/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   Where do I begin to describe Alborada...1) My kids are not allowed to play outside. The people the live here drive so fast that it is scary! They should put bumps or something to make those drivers drive slower. You can see people driving 50MPH. 2) When there is something wrong in my unit people take forever to fix it. They will take and drag it as much as they can. Maybe I guess they know that management is bad. 3) It smells- I can smell the trash, all kinds of pooh in the bushes that no body seems to want to clean. Those animal poohs can have a disease. Its really gross. 4) The people in the leasing office, only cares for people who are new. If you are already a tenant they care less about you. You are in the last priority. *** Save yourselves. Go somewhere else **
