Perhaps I have been lucky in dealing with this complex, but I have nothing but positive experiences with them. The maintenance staff responds quickly and efficiently to apartment problems. The space in the unit is wonderful and allows for great individual creativity. The management staff is good too in ensuring that packages are delivered and notification of upcoming issues. I guess the worst thing I have experienced is being asked to pay $600 to change the carpet, but this was my request-do you expect them to do it for free' My neigbors (one in particular)seem to be unrealistic with the noise levels. This is a complex that allows dogs-it is not going to be QUIET every minute of the hour-Be Real!. Although the rent is a bit high, you know this before signing the lease-if you cannot handle the payment-do not move here. I would definitely recommend this complex to others. Don't be fooled by the negativity presented below.
