Alborada apartments is one of the best kept communities in Fremont. I moved here from down the street, but it feels like a whole different city.I haven't seen the police here as much as i used to where I used to live. Hearing sirens was an everyday thing to me, i was used to it. It is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. I have had quite a few encounters with the office staff and it seems as though they do not get credit they deserve. They are very pleasant every time I have gone into the office which is more than I can say for alot of other leasing offices. Sometimes, you have to wait about 10 minutes to get someone to acknowledge you. As far as maintenance, they seem very responsive and are friendly aswell. My work orders are completed in a timely manner and are even followed up by someone in the office! How many places do that' I am looking at these reviews and I think that if people had time, there would be four times as many praises as there is complaints. I hope that many other SATISFIED residents such as myself can find a moment to share their good experiences too.
