I can't believe that I had to pay extra for a parking space and when someone parks in your spot, after asking management to have the car towed immediately, they don't! One time a non-resident visitor kept their car in my spot the whole weekend! Even after I brought it to Management's attention on Friday. I had to fight with others for parking, while I was paying for it.This is also the first place I've ever lived without at least 1 parking space included...amazing!

They nickel and dime you for everything.

The rent is much too expensive for the area, the TV's never work in the gym, nor does the radio. It's just there for show to new tenants.

The pool is always dirty and they are slow to do ANYTHING. Why did they just repave a NEW parking lot' Who knows'

Why didn't they just install a mirror for the bad corner, or a stop sign' No, they had to install speed bumps...wasteful.

Why did they spend so much to fix up their main office' Who knows'

Then, that place is FILLED with filthy, nasty, smelly, disgusting middle easterns, and the asians aren't any better. It always smells like (ugh!) fried curry. I don't know why we don't close the US border and stop them from coming over here and stinking up the place. Makes me want to throw up. Fremont is going to the dogs, and Alborada Apts is the fire hydrant.

This place royally sucks, don't live here! I'm so happy with my new place, this place was a nightmare!
