My experience has been extremely positive, I've only lived there for 4 months, however, management is great, the apartment itself are extraordinary, high ceilings, beautiful euro bath tubs, nice footage, etc... I strongly recommend it! The grounds are also well kept, the only bad thing I could probably think off, might be that the trash can gets over filled from time to time, other than that, I'm strongly recommend Alborada Apartments.
