Can't Wait To Move!!!

I live at this apartment complex currently. I'm paying $1489.00 a month for a 2B&2B. Over priced at least by $200.00. The depending on what building your located in your balconey is very small (such as mine). On top of that....i'm paying $50-$60 for water and sewage. I had to got through some dumb company called Pangeatech, who charges me $5 a month for my Direct TV connection(on top of my $80 DTV bill). I don't mind dogs, but they should put a limit on the size someone can have at the complex. There are some big dogs here and i have small kids. Only dogs under 30lbs should be allowed to stay here. I would hate to see a unit after an owner with one of the bigger dogs looks like when they move out.
There is mold in the window cells of the bedrooms. People in the complex do drive too fast, but they've put in speed bumps. Kitchen's are small and have limited cabin space. Parking is very limited right outside the complex. You have to pay for a stall and your choices for high speed internet are limted, because the apartment complex wants you to use their vendors.
Not the worst place i've ever lived, but defintly over rated and over priced.
