I lived here for 6 months and had the worse experiance with management one can possibly have. The hot tub was being repaired for 4 of those months and the leasing office lost serveral request I put in to get things fixed. I gave them my 30 days notice to move out and they lost that too. Now they're trying to charge me an extra $600 for not giving them a 30 day notice before moving out. I'm usually a very patient person but they truely took me to my limits. They always think they're right and they made me feel like I lied everytime i told them that I did request some type of repair or that I sent in my written request to move out. They always had an answer that was fitting for them and was to their advantage.

I would warn anyone looking to move here to beware. I've spoken to neighbors and they have also had similar experiances. As for me, I'm extremely happy to just be out of there.
