I have lived here for almost a year now and haven't had any problems. Most of the problems I have been reading about aren't true. I agree with the person that wrote scammers, those reviews must have been written by people that don't even live here. I'm very happy with where I live and intend to stay, at least until I buy a house. Which I might point out they help you with.
