My wife, 2 kids and I moved here in May of 2004. We moved in site unseen from another state. I can truly say we were lucky to find this place. The complex is quiet at night, however you do have the occasional kids running around. The office staff is very nice and helpful with all requests. The maintenance staff are courteous and prompt as well. We have not had a request that was not addressed within 24 hours. I have not seen the problem with dog poop that others have stated but I am sure there is some out there, there are alot of pets here.

If I had to make one complaint it would be about the garbage. The dumpsters are almost always overflowing, but they are in enlcosed places to it does not affect the appearance. In addition if you come home late at night and you aren't paying for a garage or covered parking space you may have a hard time finding a parking place close to your apartment.

What really makes this place standout to me is the fact that renting with Equity Apartments you are not actually throwing money away but building up a downpayment on a house.
