Fremont's Only Decent Complex

I've lived in about 3 complexes in Fremont and am familiar with other complexes when hunting for rent. Alborada has good and bad points but overall it's probably the best complex in Fremont. Lived there 2 years until I had to move and listed the good and bad:

Good :

1.Pretty Quiet and safe for the most part.
2.Apartments pretty nice when compared to other places.
3.Never had a problem with maintaience, they fix your problems very fast. Most I had to wait was 1 day.
4.Ample Parking.
5.If you have pets, they let you have pets. If you like pets thats good I suppose.
6.Staff pretty good,no problems with them, they dont infringe on you either.
7.Easy access to gym, always able to get exercise done.
8.Seems like a Professional cliental for the most part, not many rowdy people most of the time.
9.DirecTV service, like it because I can get out of town NFL and baseball games. Cheaper than cable too for basic package and thing never goes out.
10.DSL ready apartments.
11.Great location, big park and late right across street, walking distace to BART, and 1-2 mile distace from grocery, shops, etc.
Bad:
1.Rents still too high. I've heard they now charge you extra for parking and other amentities. Utilities not included in the rent.
2.Even with higher rents, they need to fill apartments so they are accepting anyone, which sometimes means people who are inconsiderate of other people. Seems like place got a little more noisy around the weekends at times.
3.Outlay of place is a maze, takes forever to get in and out of the place, also too many blind spots when driving, must be a careful driver to drive here.
4.Dog Poo and some dogs unleashed at times. I personally don't like pets so thats why I put it as a negative.
5.Walls are a little thin. Can hear tv of other neighbors sometimes through vents.

Overall the place is good. The other place in Fremont that may look better is the higher priced Benton but Benton from what I hear from coworkers is really bad where things break and has a lot of bad clients(section 8). Also, nearby is SunPointe which is a little cheaper but not as nice. Alborada is good, and you pretty much get what you pay for.
