I've lived here for 2.5 years. The office staff has greatly improved over the past year. I think that there were a lot of disgruntled employees working there a year or so ago and they seem to have all been replaced or quit. There use to be a lot of attitude in the place. Fortunetely the new staff is quite nice and helpful.

The dog poo problem seems to have been fixed as well. You still don't want to let your kids play in the grass of course but the complex installed dog poo clean up stations and they seem to be more effective.

My only problem with the place is that they do not find permanent solutions to broken items. For example the gates are broken for a week every other week. You would think that Alborada would realize that obviously the gate system isn't working and that they should replace it with a higher quality system - but no, they continue to fix it every other week. This doesn't make sense to me. They might as well remove the gates completely since they are never closed.

Secondly the cardiovascular gym equipment is always broken and this rarely gets fixed. For example they use to have 4 treadmills, one was always broken so they got rid of it. Another, has been sitting broken for months, yes MONTHS now. I gave up making complaints about it and joined a gym instead. So if you are moving here for the gym I'd look elsewhere.

so, if you don't exercise and don't care if you have gate security then this is a good place. Oh and yes we have had a problem with peeping toms and then there is that fremont apartment complex rapist that hasn't been caught but I'm sure that this is an issue at all of the complexes in the area,.
