I have been living here with my family for 2 years, and Alborada is a decent apartment complex to live in.
Some of the other posters are right that they have been more easy on lowering rent to new tenants but not to existing ones, but thats part of the apartment 'game'. I haven't had any rowdyness occur with new tenants as some of the other people have mentioned.
Good things are that the apartment complex: -its pretty much new, about 5 years old I think -Apartments and area outside are kept well and clean for the most part. -Things dont break much. If they do, the staff is pretty good to get things fixed fast. -Area is perfect. Thats the one reason I renewed my lease here. It's secluded but also very accessible to shops and recreation spots.
Bad things: -Garages make driving hazardous. Too many blind spots as others have mentioned. -New staff somewhat rude. Never had problems with managment but the new staff needs to up the customer service. It's not really that bad, just that the old staff was so much better you expect the same. -You have to buy renters insurance, about 100 extra dollars.
It's nice here. Its better than some of the condo's and other apartment's I've checked out in the area.
