lots of problems like noise of machines& no free parking

we are living here form almost one year but seriously noise is a big problem, all the machines they have ,whether the ac fans or other they use for cleaning their lawns ,make alot of noise. so from my point of view this is not at all a good place to live for those who need peaceful environment. these noises affects alot in my studies as i may not be able to concentrate due to these noises. no one listens you and fix these problems. i have told the managment several times about the poorly working condition of these terrible noise making machines but they are not ready to fix it, we are definitely going to change the apartment as soon as our lease will end. also they are charging 1200$ per month from us and they havn't assigned any parking space to us , so parking has become a nightmare for us. sometimes we have to park far away from our building and walk too much. this happens usually. also mow i am fed up complaining them about the noise of their machines as they have stopped doing anything about it.
also neighbours seem to be not good , as the guys living above us really make terrible sounds while sitting in their patio,also while walking in their house.
staff is not doing anything for this also.
