Been renting here since January 05, and can say in general it has been a very decent place to live. Pros: Maintence request were handled quickly and competently. I bd Verdi unit is spacious, especially large kitchen and bathroom. Full size wash/dryer in unit is a godesend. The staff, so far have been responsive and professional. The building I'm located in at back of complex buffers all street noise. No issues with parking, and $25 extra for covered is worth the price. Large living room window and 3 windows in bedroom. Microwave. Have had no problems with noisy neighbors so far, and when I did one time, a couple of bangs on the wall solved that. Cons: Living room area is small with a firplace that is unnecessary and takes up television space. A/C unit is very loud. 3rd floor unit gets hot in summertime. If you happen to be renting a unit within 100 yards of a garbage stall be prepared to be rudely awakened before 8:00am every week as the garbage is loudly removed. Rents are high no doubt, but this tends to keep the rift raft away. Recent move-in specials though have brought in an undersirable element of tenents to the complex. Way too many large dogs and dogs in general. Loud barking has been an irritant lately.
On balance it has mostly been a positive living experience.
