I've lived here for 4 months in a two bedroom ground floor Mozart apartment. I have NEVER lived in an apartment so I was had for me to adjust. Thank god I found Alborada apartments. I LOVE it here!! The majority of residents are 30 something couples, who have a dog. They are all very nice. I've only I seen a handful of young children around the complex; & have not seen anyone who looks over 40 here. We I first moved here the people above us had young children who ran around ALL day I was so happy when they moved out. I have a big dog who barked CONSTANTLEY when we first moved here- managment sent us a letter & we quickly stopped his barking. We bought a collar that sprays a puff of citronella spray when he barks. It has saved my life!! The manager lives in the complex & is very aware of what goes on around here. I walk my dog various times during the day & night & I am surprised how quite it is- almost creepy- it too silent around the complex; you would think that you would run into people comming & going or here noise but no. I feel very safe living here. It is so peacful.
