We've lived here 3 years moving from out of town and find it very good. We thought about moving to another complex but when we looked at other places, they were either too dumpy, too far from shops, or too noisy.

Alorada is pretty quiet and the location is nice since it's right by Central Park and hidden away from most of the street traffic. The only thing I don't like is there are sometimes big dogs here but overall their owners control them well.

As for management, we've been through about 3 management crews and they've all been good. The only negative thing about the current crew is that they are not as customer freindly as previous crews. But that doesn't mean they are bad to tenants. Also, the maintain people respond 1-2 days to fix anything that may have broken.
