Plenty of thefts at this location From: grumpyreneter Date posted: 10/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I have been losing packages which get delivered to Apartment office and they take no responsibity for it and they are not helpful in any way.Regarding the folks here they are fine but quite arrogant when it comes to getting couple of things fixed.I have a pool of water which collects in front of my door and I have reported this several times and they have not taken any action.Instead they suggest me to fix it.If someone comes in the night and they slip they might fall all the way since I live on the third floor.If you are desperate to live then go for it.If you have a choice then I would not recommend it.
