Rude and unprofessional staff From: cyber_elephant@yahoo.com Date posted: 11/2/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   Echo the other reviews, especially about that Monica in the office. She's rude, unprofessional, impatient, and refuses to do anything for anyone. I don't know why the manager keeps her there, to drive out residents I suppose so they can charge higher rent faster. Maybe when the manager gets fired then Monica will be fired as well.
