At the end of lease everything turns to be ugly!

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005
 
I had lived in this property for four years. The reason that I stayed because it is so close to the Elizabeth lake. However, when I have to move out of this property due to relocation, everything turned to be ugly. The office charged outrageous amount of money to cover the cleaning cost.
