There are many reasons this place is a bad choice to live at:
1. The front office staff is very unprofessional, also they have no knowledge of the policies that they provide to the customers. They lie and all they claim is you were mis-informed sorry for the inconvience.
2.The walls are paper thin you can hear everything. I hear the people above me like they live in the top story of a house I own, walking around making all kinds of noise. The walls well you can here babies crying, people yelling and loud music.
3. The prices are good compared to some other bad choices in Fremont, but they charge you for every little thing. You get no assigned parking, unless you pay anywhere from $25-$200 dollers more a month. So if you pay 1350 a month after you get a covered spot and your water and sewage bill your almost paying another 100 a month.
4. Regarding the parking, not a bad situation if you work 9-5 an don't go anywhere when you get home. After 8 in the evening good luck finding a spot. You talk to managament about helping you a little bit and they don't seem to care at all. At any night of the week if you come in after 8 you will be parking somewhere you don't want to. They have all this space available that they can put they small garages(probably could barley fit a compact car in) that nobody pays for. Its ridiculos.
5. Last the neighbors keep to themsleves for the most part, but there are alot of rude neighbors mostly younger that have loud motorcycles and cars and they honk there horns at all hours of the night cause there to lazy to open the the garage door themselves.

In all honesty apartment buildings are hard to live in anyway, but I have lived in a lot of different apartments and this place is by far the most. Don't let the looks decieve you. This is not the place you would want to live in. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
