OLD and stained carpet

We just move in from other Equity property from other state.
Alborada is not Luxury apartment if you are looking for one.
We have 6 months lease for 2 bedrooms with 2 baths for 2105 per month.
Pet rent is 25/month
Reserve parking is 25/month
Gargage parking is 100/month
Refundable Security deposit is 550
Refundable Pet deposit is 500
The staffs are nice here as what we learn so far (only couple days)
The apartment is ok in gerneral but the OLD and stainded carpet is not we are looking for.
When we walk through the apartment,we saw some stains.
Then couple days later after we move in, I step on several pop-up stables on top of the carpet. I start clean up the carpet more and I knee down and see the carpet clearly..there are LOTs of stains...it's VERY old carpet..I'm not sure how often do they change it...
The buiding was build in 1998.
The other property we stayed in other state, they change the carpet before we move in espically when people have pet, they will change it for sure.
