STOP HIDING THE TRUTH... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/13/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I would have to agree with the others, watch out for the property manager, she starts off nice but the minute you ask about issues on the properties she becomes hostile. I'm sure there some truth behind in most of the statements below, after speaking to the past leasing agent. She left due to the rise in car break ins, low income, drug deals, red bandanas and the apartment leaks every time it rains and mold issues. The property has to be rebuilt due to the cheep construction done by labor ready employees and other things they hide from you that I will not get into. The property manager passes everything to the leasing agents to handle and can never be reach. I am surprise that the other two have not left yet, but I feel it will be a matter of time. The leasing agents are the only reason people rent from there and very good at what they do, but need to be more honest about the on the property. Benton needs to get there act together and stop with the high rents for below avg. apartments. (GET OUT THE LOW INCOME TRASH and STOP HIDING THE TRUTH...) I would like to here from other, email me if you like to share your stories. I'm not sure about the positive reviews, sounds like an advertisement for the property.
