Oh My God What A Joke.... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/26/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   It's sad when the property manager has to write false statements to help lease apartments. I will not go into details on the problems directly from real residents about the history and problems here, but all I can say is when my lease is up we are out of here. I would not renew my lease even if they offer us 3 mo. free. After talking with residents and some staff members that believe you have to answer to a higher power then management in the end (like God) you need to Stop, look and think people, if the apartments are so great why do they have so many move-in specials and give free rent' Before you buy into the Benton Bull S--- stories and high prices look into renting at other apartments or better yet invest into buying a home. PS This is from a real resident not the property manager and if you do rent from here, stay away of building 5 (It's a burial ground of trouble).
