I was thinking about moving in.... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/29/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I am glad I don't have to. I have lived in complexes that offer low-income housing to anyone. Fremont should seriously have a screening prcess for this, rather than letting lazy ghetto people infest nice neighborhoods. The complex seemed great; close to restaurants, stores, etc., however I can see how being so close to BART is a problem. To all of the low-income tenants, just because you make less, doesn't mean everyone owes you!!!! I would be furious if I paid $1400- $1500 for a single bedroom, while a floor below me, the woman only pays $800 because she DECIDED to drop out of school to support her habits and have as many children as possible. It's not fair. And clearly management is writing the good comments. Give me a break, only people who speak proper english and use correct grammar enjoy living in Benton... Yeah right. It is so easy to spot the fake reviews. The people from Seattle seem genuine. Thank you all for the advice. I will not be moving in!!!! BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
