The Benton Building Two is a great place to live. 3rd floor is awesome! Very understanding when I could not afford to resign my lease. I could not financially afford it on my own. The place is great and compared to other venues out there its the best for the price and the anemities are #1. Its a very clean place to live. I can only recommend building #2 as I have lived there one year. I lived by myself and never felt unsafe. Some people just expect too much and are not very reasonable about sharing a community.
