Noise level: very high!!! Problem is, too much domestic violence here. We hear our neighbours screaming and fighting in the middle of the night when we're sleeping! We can even hear people trampling their feet. Kids hang around the parking lot late at night blasting loud music and talking loudly in foul language.
Pool: always crowded with people who climb over the gates or residents who brings over 10 people into the pool when the policy is only 2 guests/apt. The pool is dirty with scums and residue. I can never smell chlorine in the pool so who knows how if the pool is really maintained every 2 weeks like management claims. Just nasty!! Also noticed people smoking pot by the pool in broad daylight.
Safety: None...various apt breakins were reported. Also noticed a lot of cars were broken into. Security service is outsourced to company in San Jose. Security is dispatched on request. By the time they get here, it's already too late to do anything. And I really doubt they do send anyone over.
Management: Rude people. Especially, Laura, the property management director. Only one guy there is nice but heard he's leaving soon.
Maintenance: nice people but there were a few times they forgot to lock our door!
The rent is high and I didn't pay this price for all these problems. And don't be fooled by their move in specials. There is a reason why they give free rent.
