Hello my name is Kathy,
I have been living at the Benton in Fremont for around 2 years living in building #3. I have decided to put in my 30 day notice to vacate due to job transfer to Florida but if it was not for that I would have no doubt in my mind that I would ever leave this place or at least until I got more stable enough to purchase a home. I basically came on here to write some really good reviews about my experiences and have decided to read through some of the other reviews that people have written about the property. To be honest I am sick to my stomach that people could come on here and write such false information about a place that I call HOME!! Before I moved into the Benton I had looked around places in this area and found nothing that made me feel comfortable or even safe. As soon I walked into the community I knew that this was the place to be. I have always went by the sane "never judge a book by its cover" so I went with my instinct. Well with this place the book is just as nice as the cover. WHERE IN FREMONT ARE YOU GOING TO FIND A PLACE LIKE THIS!!! I know that I have been here for around 2 years and have seen different faces in the management but trust me every face that I have seen or dealt with has been professional and customer service oriented. I am bother by the fact that these people come on here and write all these bad reviews and try and bring a property down when really none of it is true. I can almost give my word that any of these bad reviews that are written are from people that have gotten denied to live in a beautiful upscale place like this. Or people that have got evicted for being goof off's. Just look at the criteria and the process that you have to go through before moving into a place like this and you tell me if they don't just let anyone live here. Check out FPI Managements website and see how professional they are, and what kind of company manages a place like this. If my review has not proved a point across to what AWSOME place this is good luck with the community you choose. I am in the same building #3, had my apartment burglarized, seen broken car windows in the garage, talked to people who had property stolen from the cars, garage doors don't work, the door to the garage doesnt' work and is left open all the time! This is not a safe place!

I live here as well and I totally dissagree with the writer! There are so many problems to count. I personally feel that the old manager, now district manager is on drugs. She has had her brother working in office and he feels he can do anything without cause because, his words,"I am protected, my sister runs the place." That was told to me and two other tenants who confronted him about the prostitue hanging around our building. Go elsewhere.

So to the writter that has there unit burglarized. Come on really do you think that we live in a perfect world? Where we can catch every criminal on the street that are counted for?? I mean how could you hold the managment responsible for something that occures in everyday life. What I am trying to say is just because something has happen to you why do you have to blame someone for it? I am sorry that your place got burglarized but don;t be harsh to bring someone down or give a person a bad name just because your hurt. I know for sure that evertime that a work order is put in Maintanence response very quickly and takes care of the issue. I was in the office the other day and was having a conversation with the property manager Laura and I really can not say I have senced any form of unprofessionalism. Even with the other staff members that are working in the office. If people where having all these issues why is the peoperty 99% leased and continued reniewals every month with residents that want to stay here at the property. From what I see you are pretty much the only person that is having this issue. LETS STOP AND THINK ABOUT ARE THOUGHTS BEFORE ARE MONTH MOVES!!

You have got to be kidding? Kathy81 is either Laura or the disrict manager. Only would they use terms that are in property management! I am in property management and am calling your bluff. It is too bad that you have resorted to posting comments on your sight, too bad ladies, not a classy action on your part.
