The floor plans are great, the location is even better, and the building have some great style. But, the managment of this complex is incompetent. If you ask them any question they can not answer it. Simple things like how do I get phone service, cable service, what is included in rent what is not. There is no cable service so you have to work with ATT to get dish network they have no idea how this works.
Phones should be easy but ATT will install the line but only one person knows that you need to do some switching in the equipment room to make it work at the appartment.
They are so lazy that they will not assign parking so it is first come first served if you have three cars take up all the space you want.
Any time you ask a question they always say they do not know and that you should check with the main manager, but when you can finally find this person the only thing they can tell you is that they officially do not know.
The worse thing is that 95% of all questions and problems could be solved with a simple one page Word document stating this is how things work.

I was looking online and i can't seem to locate the rent prices anywhere on the website. Could any of you tenants give me a vague outline of prices?

they just got bought out by Archstone. You can find prices www.archstoneapartments.com and use the search box. Looks like prices are MUCH higher.
