I really guess I shouldn't be complaining because I'm on the low income program, but I'll be honest with you I've been here for years and I wish I could afford to move somewhere else because these apartments are so noisy and are becoming unsafe. Because the buildings are so large you have 4 neighbors on each side. My upstairs neighbors walk like a bulldozer and sleep with their tv full blast. My downstairs neighbors baby cries every Saturday and SUnday mornig when I want to sleep in EARLY. I also hear him arguing with his girlfriend all the time. Then my next door neighboor does this religous chant thing at all hours of the day and night and it drives me NUTS! Then the neghbor on the otherside slams there door so hard my whole apartment shakes. Constantly all day I hear kids running and screaming in the hallways, doors slamming, it's awful. And as far as saftey goes, the other day our on site security guard got into a physical brawl in front of one of the buildings with a crazy drunk man. Residents tried to jump in and help the security guard but the man was out of control and got them too. Theres constantly cop cars parked outside of our buildings and ever since day one theres been these black and afgahn punks that loiter around the gym and pool area with tons of there firneds making everyone uncomfortable with their hard core stare downs. I feel like they're looking for a fight all the time. They've made smart comments before and deliberalty changed the channel we were watching in the work out room to put on theyre hardcore rap. . Then one nite I came home to find a car on the sidewalk some drunk driver had hit as he was leaving from a altercation with his girlfriend. Oh and one time our parking garage got vadalized and sprayed down with that white fire extinguisher stuff, like snow , they got everyones cars, I had to go wash my car ane even after it was still coming thru my vents. And parking sucks, forget having guests over, they will have to park a mile away, theyll never want to visit you because of the drama thats involved with coming to your place with parking and getting nto the bulding, and the spaces are small, I've got tons of door dings on my car form theses crappy compact spaces that are almost impossible at times to get into. Oh and at least once a month someone is inconvienicing you by entering your apartment to "check things out". Oh lord the list goes on, as I'm writing its 1230 am and I can hear my nieghbors stomping around upstairs. All I can say is buy some ear plugs if you want some peace around here and watch your back for the ghetto punks hanging around looking for trouble. Only good things I have to say about this place are the newness, the price and the elevators. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

I agree about the noise and the staff is rude but the whole black and afgan punk quote is extreme. I am black and do not feel safe at times around those same people. I have lived there for 3 years.
