Horrible... stay away! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/1/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   This is one of the worst places in Fremont. There is a lot of crime, vandalism and vagrants wandering around. There have been *numerous* break-ins to both apartments and cars (in the locked parking garage as well). Parking here is bad since non residents park here as well. The staff are very rude. They may be all smiles when you're looking to rent, but that changes very quickly once you move in. STAY AWAY! Btw, ask the staff here about the crime if you're considering renting, they have to disclose this.
