DO NOT RENT FROM HERE...boy i can tell you stories. I have only been here for 9 months, but they have been 9 horrible months! first of all, when i moved in they gave me a mail key and said, "our mail boxes are not labled...just find your box." So, after searching over 60 unlabled boxes, i found one. However, I always had someone elses mail, so I tried a few other boxes to find mine. Turns out, my key opens 6 other mail boxes!!!! I told the leasing office, because this is a federal offense here, but it never got solved. Maintenance simply left a note saying they could not fix it because I wasn't home. The mail boxes are literally 100 feet away from my door, why do i need to be home to get a lock changed' Especially when they come in to fix things in y unit while I'm not home quite often'

Next issue, it has been 9 months since I have had a nice, hot shower. I get a grand total of 4 minutes hot water. I complained, and they said it was fine. So, i took further action until the manager himself came and realized I was right...only 4 inutes. so, i got a new water heater, yet smaller. However, I STILL get cold showers daily and they don't care.

Last month, they lost our rent check, tried to evict us 3 days later, then when I called they said it was MY burden of proof to prove I paid it. Then they said they would sick their lawyers on us and evict (it was still only february 7th btw)...but we did pay! THEN, they ended up finding the check, said "oops", but nver apoligized for harrassing us, and even made us pay $50 in late fees that were their fault!

the place is trash! Mold in the carpets that they simply re-shampoo every time instead of replacing. My family works in carpet, so I know. They shampoo it so the stains sink down to the padding and it looks great when you move in, but within 1 month, stains appear everywhere! Finally, we had a very nasty, moldy wooden cutting board in the kitchen. when we called to get it replaced, we came home and noticed that they simply nailed it shut instead of replacing it. the washer is broken, the dryer is horrible, our macrowave thats built in stopped working months ago, and they never fixed half the things that were wrong when we moved in still. They are so horrible. total scum lords and I would not wish this place onmy enemy! I'm Moving out! thank goodness for month-to-month leases! Thats probably the only reason they can get people to move in here, no wonder we got this place so quickly when we put our name on the "waiting list". People are always moving out! Ive had 3 new neighbors in 9 months!!! If you want a nice place with good service, dont move here! Oh ya, and we live in the largest model (town house) and we only have 3 cabinets...our groceries have to sit on the counter because we have no space for dishes and food....its atrocious.
